Romero Athletics is a premium education brand with a holistic approach to health and performance. Founded in 2016, Romero Athletics has helped countless clients achieve results they never thought possible, educated over 80 student coaches, and has evolved as a brand and philosophy at the same time.
The latest evolution leads us to the premium facility at Limitless Strength and Wellness in Fyshwick, where we have a one-stop shop for everything an athlete needs to reach their potential.
We're technique based, and results led. We provide high level coaching to people from all walks of life, regardless of their age, gender, sport, or social group. What our clients and coaches share is a burning desire to improve, and the commitment to make it happen. Regardless of whether you play a sport or not, if you are intentional with your training, and you dedicate yourself to the process, we consider you an athlete.
Our facility boasts a plethora of strength training equipment, gymnastics gear, strongman supplies, and conditioning tools, not to mention a sled track and other goodies, but most importantly we pride ourselves on our culture and community.
Being part of our team means you'll receive the tools to improve your performance, the understanding of how to apply them, and a plan for crushing your goals. The difference is - we understand the many components that play a part in your growth and development - prepare for a crash course in your body! GROUP SESSIONS
Our semi-private group training is the key to getting optimal results! Join a community of like-minded people who are goal-oriented, committed and passionate. We provide small group training sessions (6 people maximum) to enhance your overall strength, fitness, endurance and mobility through a combined structure of up to six sessions per week.
Programming is split between strength based sessions, and conditioning sessions, so that you get stronger while getting fitter as well.
