GROUP TRAINING - THE CREW
The key to motivation and results, long term!
Our semi-private group training is the key to getting optimal results! Join a community of like-minded people who are goal-oriented, committed and passionate. We provide group training sessions (6 people maximum) to enhance your overall strength, fitness, endurance and mobility through a combined structure of up to six sessions per week.
Programming is split between strength training, and conditioning sessions,
so that you can get stronger while getting leaner as well.

We know that there is nothing worse than being in a group with people who are not on the same wavelength, so a big part of our on-boarding and assessment process is making sure you fit into your group based on your strength level,
and personal goals.
We understand that everyone is different, however - we know that there is strength in numbers and
being in a supportive community of like-minded people means results long term!
Unlike some other cookie-cutter group training systems we believe in developing programs that work for each individual, we will modify your program to suit you, and make adjustments as needed so that you can fast-track your results.
CONDITIONING
Our conditioning sessions are an interval-based circuit designed to cater to people of all experience levels and all walks of life.
We aim to provide an enjoyable, safe and supportive place for you to start or continue your fitness journey.

SPORTS TEAMS
Looking for a premium athletic performance training or recovery facility for your sports team?
We provide a group-friendly venue for teams of up 20 athletes. Our coaches are the best in the business, having worked with ACT Brumbies and Canberra Raiders first-grade teams, Royals Rugby Union and the CBR Brave Ice hockey team. Coaching for groups in strength training, sports conditioning, rehabilitation, recovery sessions and general movement skills.
